Abstract | 本发明公开了石墨烯钝化的无机钙钛矿太阳能电池及其制备方法,石墨烯钝化的无机钙钛矿太阳能电池,包括基底层和无机钙钛矿吸光层,所述基底层和无机钙钛矿吸光层之间设置有单层石墨烯钝化层。本发明中光滑稳定无悬挂键的大面积单层石墨烯置于TiO2基底之上能够有效屏蔽基底缺陷与钙钛矿之间的相互作用,降低基底上钙钛矿的吸附能以及提供粗糙度更低的表面,从而能够得到粒径增大,结晶性变好,取向从(110)晶面转变为(100)晶面的高质量钙钛矿薄膜。石墨烯改性的基底与钙钛矿之间的能带弯曲也能够有效的增强界面处的载流子传输。 |
