Abstract | 徐仁和教授长期从事干细胞研究和治疗应用,在Nature Biotechnology、Nature Methods、Cell Stem Cell和PNAS等一流杂志发表论文90余篇,被引用9,000多次,并获得10多项中美专利。他的团队发明的人胚干细胞经胚外滋养层细胞分化的间充质干细胞(T-MSC)作为研究性新药(IND)获得美国食药监局(FDA)批准,已开展多发性硬化症的临床试验,并获得中国药监局(NMPA)申请受理。徐教授作为首席科学家分别获得澳门科技基金重点研发项目和科技部国家重点研发项目资助,推进T-MSC治疗糖尿病足、移植物抗寄主病及骨关节炎的临床转化。近期工作更将T-MSC用于体内发育潜能的研究。 |
