| Abstract | Neuroblastoma is one kind of the most common childhood cancer diseases, which brings great mental anguish and economic loss. Traditional treatment just has limited effect in both prevention and postoperative attendance to the disease. The treatment for the disease has been a highlight spot in the field of clinical medical. Immunotherapy as an effective, secure and low side-effect method is attracting more and more attention, and the research through immunotherapy curing neuroblastoma progresses rapidly recently. More encouraging is that some significant research results have appeared up to now. I think it's very meaningful to summarize the latest research progress about neuroblastoma treatment with immunotherapy for the convenience of further studies. The present article reviewed the current research progression and prospected its future development, including the mechanism how to escape immune surveillance, the vaccine and the drug used to prevent and protect for neuroblastma occurrence and development, etc. It's foreseeable of the prospects of neuroblastma in the future, and more and more pharmaceutical will spring up for the disease effective treatment. |
