本发明公开了一种光敏剂及其制备方法和应用,该光敏剂的化学结构式如式Ⅰ所示:式Ⅰ中,R1选自取代或未取代的烷基、取代或未取代的苯基、取代或未取代的吡啶、取代或者未取代的苯甲酸、取代或未取代的苯甲醛、取代或者未取代的苯酚中的任意一种;R2选自取代或未取代的苯酚、取代或者未取代的N, N‑二甲苯胺,取代或者未取代的甲氧基苯、取代或者未取代的氟苯、取代或未取代的稠合芳基中的任意一种。该光敏剂在光照后能够产生多种活性氧(ROS),可诱导细胞非程序性胀亡,其具有较强的肿瘤细胞光毒性,能克服肿瘤缺氧环境,提高光动力治疗的效果,在光照后由近红外荧光变成红色荧光,可通过荧光信号变化监控光动力的治疗进程。
