Abstract | There is no lack of interest in religious, and especially theistic, belief today. This interest is evident in many domains, from popular radio and television shows, to the rarefied halls of the academy. Indeed, despite the best efforts of the new atheists and their ilk, and the flippancy of some mid-twentieth-century philosophers, it is no longer viable simply to dismiss theistic philosophy as unworthy of serious intellectual attention. |
