2022年10月中共“二十大”顺利召开。在“二十大”报告中，中央多次提及“一国两制”和港澳工作，指出“一国两制”是中国特色社会主义的伟大创举，是港澳回归后保持长期繁荣稳定的最佳制度安排，必须长期坚持。同时也对“一国两制”在港澳特区的实践提出了一些新的要求。为此，澳门特区有必要认真梳理、领会并贯彻中央的相关要求，努力承担起新时代“一国两制”实践的新使命，为“一国两制”在澳门特区的成功实践以及实现中华民族的伟大复兴作出更大的贡献。

In October 2022, the "Twentieth National Congress" of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. In the "Twentieth National Congress" report, the central government points out that the policy of One Country, Two Systems is a great innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has proven to be the best institutional arrangement for ensuring sustained prosperity and stability in Hong Kong and Macao after their return to the motherland. This policy must be adhered to over the long term. At the same time, it also puts forward some new requirements for the practice of One Country, Two Systems in the Hong Kong and Macao SARs. It is necessary for the Macao SAR to sort out, comprehend and implement the relevant requirements of the central government, strive to undertake the new mission of the practice of One Country, Two Systems in the new era, and make more contributions to the successful practice of One Country, Two Systems in the Macao SAR and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
