本文提出一个评估书院育人成效的绩效框架，并以澳门大学曹光彪书院为例，探讨该框架在书院教育和学生发展中的应用。在此框架下，引入对应某一教育目标的教育效果和覆盖率，借助“高水位线”原则，从而建立一套完整的绩效指标汇总方法。

This paper proposes a framework for evaluating the performance and effectiveness of college education.  It uses the Cao Kuang Piu College of the University of Macau as an example to explore the application of this framework in college education and student development. Under this framework, the introduction of educational effects and coverage corresponding to a particular educational goal, with the help of the "high water mark" principle, establishes a comprehensive methodology for evaluating performance indicators.
