Abstract | We are pleased to bring you this Tech Touch Title presentation on ‘The Regulation of AI and FinTech’. Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications are reshaping our subliminal thinking and rendering the human mind incapable of making unbiased decisions without our notice or realization. If you think craving for "Coca Cola" or "Popcorn" in a movie right after it’s flashed on the screen, is you making a choice, please attend this presentation on THE REGULATION OF AI AND FINTECH. AI is widely affecting the banking and financial space as AI-based technologies replace approximate predictions with precise behavior-based forecasting. Given this overreach, it is becoming critical to regulate AI, which appears to be consuming all aspects of human perception and thinking. To delve deeper into this area and discuss the scope, potential and possibility of regulating AI and Fintech, please join Amit Shankar (TTS Legal) and our guest speakers Mr. Rostam J. Neuwirth and Ms. Tan Yuting (a PhD researcher at the University of Macau). |
