本文對比研究國內公務員考試面試環節與大型電視求職節目互動面試各一成功實例，探討話語進行的框架，採用語域分析方法（包括語場、語旨、語式），描述求職者的語言態度。透過觀察、分析和討論，本文試圖凸顯兩種面試環境的話語特點，揭示求職者的立場以及求職者與聘用者之間的權力關係。 This paper examines two real-life job interviews in China – one for civil servants and the other for enterprises – to discover their discourse properties. We look at frame of discourse and the register, using House’s analytic framework for register, which consists of field, tenor and mode. We identified some significant difference between the two interviews – the former stresses on the importance of being aligned with the government’s positions and policies, while the latter highlights the job seeker’s original and critical thinking, creativity, and relentless efforts to innovate. The findings are discussed in relation to power relations between the interviewers and the interviewee. Keywords: workplace interview, stance, frame, language attitude, register
