Abstract

本发明公开了一种数字微流控器件及高分辨率熔解曲线分析的方法,涉及数字微流控技术领域。本发明提供了一种具有分级微纳结构的功能性基板,用于在数字微流控平台上进行高分辨率的nL级薄层液滴分离并阵列化,从而实现精确的一次性熔解曲线分析。通过刻蚀处理使功能性基板具有接触角对比度>170°的超润湿性。在单元体间隙为50‑500μm的超亲水图案阵列上,本发明将μL级DNA样品实现被动分离成高分辨率nL级薄层液滴,其50μm的表征厚度极大程度减小了液滴内的温差,可以用于高分辨率熔解曲线分析。此外,与传统的数字微流控设备相比,本发明提供的数字微流控设备可实现高准确度以及高分辨率的熔解曲线分析。
