Abstract本申请实施例提供了一种电流模带隙基准电压源的校准电路,包括:基准电压产生子电路、校准电压产生子电路、校准引擎子电路、斩波比较器及电流型数模转换器;基准电压产生子电路的第一端与斩波比较器的非反相输入端连接,基准电压产生子电路的第二端接地;斩波比较器的反相输入端与校准电压产生子电路的第一端连接,校准电压产生子电路的第二端接地,斩波比较器的输出端与校准引擎子电路的输入端连接;校准引擎子电路的输出端与电流型数模转换器的输入端连接;电流型数模转换器的输出端与基准电压产生子电路的中间节点连接。通过所提供的校准方案,能够消除高温段和低温段的电压偏差,改善电流模带隙基准电压源的抗制程偏移能力,降低成本。
