Abstract

澳門回歸至今,創造出了一批具競爭力的本地新興品牌;商業社會的開放和經濟的快速發展,大量具有影響力的國外品牌也紛紛進入澳門。這些因素都給本地的老字號品牌的經營造成了一定的壓力與挑戰。2017年初,澳門百年老字號中藥鋪杏和堂傳出結業消息。杏和堂由清末民初就開始經營,是本澳第一間註冊的中藥館,如今因為業主收鋪而走向倒閉,象徵一個時代的結束。老字號品牌在其長久的發展歷史中,凝結鍛造出屬於自己獨特的商業文化和品牌記憶。如今在面對市場大潮的衝擊時,加上將近三年的疫情反覆,有些陷入困境,或勉強維持,或瀕臨倒閉。傳統老店的式微是必然的嗎?應該如何挽救老化的傳統品牌,讓其煥發新的生命力?本文將首先分析澳門老字號品牌遭遇的主要困境並進行相關文獻回顧,再針對這些問題以安索夫矩陣(Ansoff’s Grid)為模型基礎提出解決方案。最後,分析轉型成功案例,為澳門老店提供實例參考。
