Abstract	本发明公开了一种醇质体溶液及其制备方法和应用、醇质体药妆品及其应用，该醇质体溶液包括均匀混合的醇相和水相，醇相和水相的质量比为20～40 : 100，醇相包括卵磷脂、胆固醇以及醇溶剂，水相包括人参属植物原人参三醇型总皂苷和水。通过设置合理的醇、水相比例，使得醇质体溶液体系能够具有较佳的稳定性。添加醇成分，增加醇质体透皮递送的效率，增加药物的皮肤渗透性，对于提亮肌肤的美白效果明显。此外，醇质体系统安全无毒，美白效果良好，在物理学表征以及体内外生物学研究中均取得良好的评价效果。醇质体溶液及其药妆品的制备工艺简单、快速、条件温和和普适性强，可长时间保持稳定状态，有利于储存运输，实现商品化。
