Abstract

As conflicts in the international water sector become more frequent, so does the rethinking on the methods for addressing and settling international water disputes become more of relevance to the international society and maintaining peace. The paper makes a full review of the new ideas as well as the international practice and case law of international courts in handling the looming water conflicts of contemporary times.
