Abstract | Anti-terrorism has long become a key issue influencing world peace and development. In 2013, several terrorist attacks occurred in China, which made the anti-terrorism task even more challenging. The Chinese government had made great efforts to combat terrorist crimes nationally and internationally. It has , joined verified and become the member state of the 12 international anti-terrorism conventions under the framework of United Nations; promoted the establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization of which it is a member and become a member state; and has carefully enforced the resolutions of the Security Council fromin policy, legislation and administration.ve level. Although there is no special anti-terrorism law on anti-terrorism, but there are several laws, regulations and amendments to current law which have been made to enforce relative resolutions of the Security Council, resolutions , in particular, Resolution 1373 and 1624, in an attempt to better combat terrorist related crimes. |
