自新冠肺炎疫情出现以来，澳门特区政府向全体市民交了一份全力抗击疫情的满意答卷，堪称国际抗疫的典范，澳门的抗疫举措对全球其他国家和地区都有借鉴意义。本文梳理了澳门特区政府采取的一系列抗疫措施并分析澳门抗疫成功的主要原因：特区政府反应迅速、决策果断；始终把居民生命健康放在首位；科学部署抗病毒传播措施；法律法规的制度保障以及特区各政府部门具有高效执行力；社会和全体居民合力配合；“一国两制”的制度优势；建设防控疫情的系统工程。

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic，the Macao Special Administrative Region （MSAR） has done a great job in the battle against the pandemic，and has set a good example to the world. This report aims to analyze the measures taken by the MSAR government and the reasons why Macao has achieved such success. The reasons include：quick response and decision from the government；always prioritizing people’s health；taking scientific measures to prevent the virus spread；effective system of laws and regulations；efficient government；cooperation of citizens；and the advantages of the “one country，two systems” policy.
