Abstract

In pace with the global economic growth, effects of globalization and coordination regarding tourism policies among countries, tourism has become a worldwide rapid-growing economic sector and has been experiencing a continuous growth in recent decades. As a special administrative region of China, Macao has transformed from a small fishing village into an international city whose GDP per capita gained the first place among all the Asian cities in 2018. The paper examines the Macao's experiences in building cross-border tourists consumer dispute-solving system.
