Abstract

Natural products are synthesized for the fitness of the environment during evolution. Natural products play an important role in new drug development due to their unique chemical structures and more drug-like properties. With the continuous developments of related techniques, the research of natural product chemistry has made great progress. In this paper, the methods of extraction and separation of natural products are summarized, which may provide references and ideas for the chemical research of natural products and the discovery of new drugs.
