| Abstract | “問路調查”可以有效地發現城市語言環境中的“交際成功度”以及言語社區成員的“外部語言”和“內部語言”，但該方法在多語社區中的應用還不够廣泛。通過在澳門開展“問路調查”，我們發現：粵語在澳門具有最高的接受度和積極使用程度，英語和普通話作為重要的公共交際用語，在澳門也具有較高的使用程度。澳門作爲一個多語社區，社區內部溝通度獲得了具體的描寫和分析；“交際成功度”、“內部語言”和“外部語言”不僅是單語社區的指標，也可以有效地揭示多語社區的內部溝通度。 |
