Abstract
本发明公开了一种三维变形测量的光纤光栅传感杆及其测量方法,该光纤光栅传感杆包括感知杆、连接筒、连接杆、光缆固定环、五个光纤光栅;感知杆为空心的圆筒结构,连接筒为圆筒结构,连接筒的内径与感知杆的外径过渡配合;连接杆为实心的圆杆,连接杆的直径与连接筒的内径过渡配合;光缆固定环为圆环结构;沿感知杆的两端分别套接光缆固定环,然后连接连接筒,连接筒再与连接杆连接;四个光纤光栅沿感知杆的外圆上周向间隔90°平行布置,第五光纤光栅为自由状态的光纤光栅,位于感知杆的内部空心。本发明实现了轴向变形的测量,达到三维变形测量,能够适用于不同的测量布点密度需求,测量精准。
