Abstract

本发明公开了一种磷化锌材料、磷化锌复合材料及其制备方法和应用。该磷化锌复合材料,且掺杂有非晶态的磷酸锌。该磷化锌材料的制备方法包括:将金属锌、氧化锌和磷的混合物进行球磨,即可得该磷化锌材料。通过在磷化锌中掺杂磷酸锌,能够缓冲活性磷化锌在充放电过程中的体积膨胀,提高磷化锌材料作为钾离子负极材料的利用率并改善电极材料的循环稳定性。通过一步球磨,使原料之间发生氧化还原反应,生成磷化锌的同时,原位形成磷酸锌。无需其他后处理,有利于规模化生产和使用。此外,在上述磷化锌材料中混合添加碳材料形成复合材料来作为钾离子电池的负极材料的活性材料,能够弥补因磷酸锌的存在导致的电导率降低的现象。
