| Abstract | 經過40多年的發展,診所式法律教育業已成為許多國家法律職業教育的主要培養方向。世紀之交,診所式法律教育被逐步引介入中國法學教育之中,其發展面臨諸多機遇與挑戰。廣西大學法律診所草創于2004年11月,幾年來的探索與實踐,使其在診所法律教育移植與本土化構建方面初步積累了一些經驗。隨著與法律援助和法學學生職業技能培訓相結合力度的加大,加以時日,我國診所式法律教育必將迎來其發展的黃金時期。 |
