| Abstract | 近年來少年幫派已然成為未成年人犯罪與偏差的重災區,并呈不斷加劇態勢。因少年"未成年"的心理與生理特點,少年幫派表現出與成人幫派不同的特征和犯罪副文化。其產生、發展有其深刻的心理、家庭、學校與社會因素,因而對其防治也須從幫派少年教育輔導、校園危機處理以及包括司法強力介入在內的社會綜合治理上等幾個方面著手。 |
