| Abstract | 各國（或地區）刑事司法體系對待犯罪人的態度與刑罰理念各不相同，然而犯罪矯治政策與實踐以實證研究為基礎儼然成為國際發展趨勢。從犯罪矯治的概念與內涵入手，對澳門的犯罪矯治體系包括未成年人犯罪矯治及其相關研究進行概括，並將其與國際發展趨勢進行比較，以期對澳門的犯罪矯治體系有更深入的瞭解，提出可行的政策建議或研究方向。 |
