Abstract

本发明公开了一种三维集流体及其制备方法、锂金属负极和锂金属电池。该三维集流体包括具有规则矩阵结构的三维网状基体,三维网状基体的表面均匀分布有氧化锌纳米阵列。通过选用具有规则矩阵结构的三维网状基体,在其表面原位生长形成纳米锌阵列,进而使得三维网状基体的表面均匀排列有氧化锌阵列作为亲锂锚点,以调理锂金属的电沉积行为。在电化学沉积过程中能有效地引导锂离子沿纳米棒均匀沉积,三维网状基体的多孔结构为锂的良好控制的横向生长提供了空间,进而引导离子快速且均匀地沉积,使界面稳定性得到增强,从而抑制金属锂电池在循环过程中因界面恶化导致的性能下降,提高了锂金属电池的电化学性能,延长了金属锂电池的使用寿命。
