本发明的目的在于提供一种有机‑无机复合固态电解质膜及其制备方法和应用其的全固态锂电池,该有机‑无机复合固态电解质膜由有机聚合物、锂盐、氟化铝颗粒混合后经浇筑和热压制备而成;有机聚合物选自聚环氧乙烷、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯‑六氟丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚1, 3二氧戊环中的一种或几种。该有机‑无机复合固态电解质膜兼具高离子电导率和界面保护作用,将其应用于全固态锂电池中,能够使锂离子电池具有优异的循环和倍率性能。
