| Abstract | 由於司法協助、區際國際私法還不是最終或者完全解決粵港澳大量民商法與經濟法衝突的最佳 途徑，因而，為了達成一個融合的、法律成本較低的粵港澳大灣區的經濟市場目標，在“一國兩制”、三法域 及兩個不同法系的大灣區的複雜狀態中，就需要在考慮立法質量、目的與適用的前提下，審視並借鑑歐盟的若 干法案，並及時加以實踐。 |
