| Abstract | 採用放射免疫法與超聲心動法進行了逐級遞增負荷運動試驗，以探討心臟內分泌與心肌血液供應的關係。結果發現：大學生組血漿心鈉素、室壁運動面積變化率以及壁厚度，都隨運動強度的增加、持續時間的延長，呈現出先上升後下降的變化趨勢；耐力運動員血漿心鈉素安靜時低於大學生組，但隨運動強度的增加，持續時間的延長，表現為持續增加，室壁運動面積變化率隨之呈線性關係；血漿心鈉素對運動中心肌血液供應改善有一定的促進作用；血漿心鈉素的分泌不是無限的，它的產生與釋放需要一定的時間。 |
