Abstract

本发明公开了一种细菌外膜囊泡包被的超 分子纳米粒前体、应用和载药体系,涉及超分子 化学,超分子材料和细胞制剂技术领域。基于细 菌外膜囊泡包被的超分子纳米粒前体,可特异性 识别体内免疫细胞,并进一步在胞内构建主客体 作用介导的胞内纳米粒聚集体。内源性免疫细胞 载体可回应病灶组织(如肿瘤)的炎性特点,实现 胞内纳米粒聚集体的搭便车式递送,并抑制免疫 细胞的外排现象。本发明提供的主客体作用介导 的体内(以及细胞内)超分子纳米粒组装体的制 备方法具有制备工艺简单、快速和普适性的优 势,可克服细胞载体制剂的构建及体内递送过程 所面临的挑战。此外,还提供了一种载药体系,可 以实现靶向药物治疗的载药。
