| Abstract | 近年來，澳門私人房地產價格飆升，致使澳門居民無力購買私人住宅，轉而對公共房屋有了强烈需求。澳門特區爲此調鑒了公共房屋政策，其中涉及不少法律問題，近期立法會也修改了《經濟房屋法》。本文旨在基於公共房屋供給的現實情況，具體分析《經濟房屋法》中申請公共房屋的“特定群體的澳門居民”的概念，經濟房屋的申請及甄選方式等方面的法律規定，提出問題并給出相應的解決方法，以供今後公共房屋政策及相應法律改參考。 |
