| Abstract | 毫无疑问，金砖国家各国已就本国竞争法律框架制定了重要的立法与执行机制，这为其他国家发展完善本国竞争法律执行制度奠定了基础。同时，金砖国家若能够在竞争法律与政策方面建立合作机制，将有助于确立跨境竞争法律执行的国际合作机制的构建。然而，金砖国家是否能够克服竞争法律制度方面合作的障碍还有待考查。 |
