| Abstract | 文章对位于珠江三角洲的TZ市2004年全年所发生的678个抢劫案件的发案时间、发案地点、犯罪类型以及团伙犯罪的情况进行了分析。研究发现抢劫犯罪的发案时间呈周期性规律；城乡结合部、公路、街巷和出租屋成为抢劫的高发地点；入户抢劫成为主要的抢劫类型；地缘关系成为构成抢劫团伙的主要因素。文章通过对抢劫犯罪的规律的探讨，为预防和打击抢劫犯罪提供了理论依据。 |
