| Abstract | 如何利用商业健康保险改进高成本药物的可负担性是一个重要 的课题。本文对比了三种针对高成本药物的商业保险运行模式——深圳模式、 上海模式和单种药品模式；从保险筹资、运行灵活和风险分担三个角度分析发 现，三种模式各具特点，都能在一定程度上改善高成本药品的可负担性。中国 商业健康保险处于初步探索阶段，需要加强多方协作与创新，进一步帮助患者 获得高成本药物。 |
