Other Abstract | The composition of the book of poems Atemkristall (1965) by Paul Celan is nonetheless a joint work, a dense love story recorded in 21 poems by Celan and eight engravings by the plastic artist Gisèle Celan-Lestrange, the poet's wife. The correspondence between the two, published in 2001, reveals a permanent intersemiotic dialogue regarding their artistic creations. The objective of this presentation is to show how this loving and intersemiotic dialogue between the poet and the plastic artist appears in my transcreation of the poems into Portuguese. The semantic elements present in the poems and related to the techniques used in the etching gained evidence and greater plasticity in my translation of the cycle of poems, which I entitled Hausto-Cristal, published in the book by Hans-Georg Gadamer, Quem sou eu, quem és tu. Comentários sobre o ciclo de poemas 'Hausto-Cristal' de Paul Celan, also translated by me and published by the university publishing house EdUERJ (2005), Brazil. http://lusitanistenverband.de/lusitanistentage/leipzig-2021/ (p.169, Section 20. Aporias e fluxos do tempo e da tradução). |
