Abstract | This chapter has four sections. The first section overviews the field of CSR activity and scholarship through its leading frameworks. The second section summarises the state of research in the period just before the introduction of the GRI and integrated accounting. The third section selects some major studies in the decade since these reports were first introduced. The last section summarises the contribution made by each chapter to the evolving field. |
