AbstractBlended learning implemented in Health and Wellness could motivate and affect students’ learning and health literacy through instant classroom interaction strategies. Blended learning models gradually a trend that has shown to be a helpful teaching model by many studies. This study explored the effect of blended learning on self-regulation, motivation and learning outcomes in Health and Wellness. There were 96 participants enrolled in the “Health and Wellness” course in 2018. An action research method was used, and the qualitative data collected from different resources to analyze student’s self-regulation and motivation as well as their learning outcomes. Study findings showed that blended learning is an effective away for strengthening self-regulation and improving their Health Literacy and wellbeing.
