Abstract | 本研究採準實驗研究法之「不等組前測──後測設計」,在臺灣臺中市一所公立國中,檢驗讀經教學對一年級學生閱讀理解能力的影響。我們發現,讀經教學介入後(為期十週,每週五節,每節10分鐘),實驗組三個班級共105位學生在閱讀理解試卷上的總成績與分測驗上的成績(詞語理解、句意理解、段旨理解、篇旨理解),顯著高於控制組三個班級105位學生的成績(以前測為共變數)(p < .05)。進一步將閱讀理解試題分為「文言文」及「白話文」兩部分分析,則發現讀經教學對提升國中一年級學生文言文閱讀理解能力具有顯著的效果(p < .01)。 A nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used to exam the effects of classical reading instruction on the reading comprehension of Grade seven students in a public middle school in Taichung, Taiwan. After the intervention, the 105 students in the experimental group got significantly higher scores on the Chinese reading comprehension test (vocabulary, sentence, paragraph, and context) than the 105 students in the control group (p < .05), especially in classical Chinese language (p < .01). |
