Abstract	为了评估《传染病防治法》实施以来的主要效果，在山东省选择3个县(市)分别进行了重点人员访谈，一般卫生技术人员问卷调查，召开居民座谈会等调查，了解卫生系统官员、卫生技术人员和普通群众对该法的认识，同时收集3个县(市)的一般资料进行分析。调查表明，《传染病防治法》实施13年来的成就主要体现在：较好地控制了传染病的流行；重点疾病发病率有所下降；建立和完善了传染病疫情报告制度。
