| Abstract | 由于帝国早期日益增长的行政管理需求，史的职位不再为传统世代相传的家族所专有，而对非世袭出身的有志者也敞开了大门。基于里耶、睡虎地和张家山出土的行政与法律文献，本文探讨了史与佐二者互补的性质，以理解史官职业的开放。本文亦提出“行政素养”（administrative literacy）的概念，认为书写材料的物质性是理解中华帝国早期行政官员素养的重要因素。 |
