| Abstract | 本文首先回顾澳门过去数年住宅市场的状况，尤其是特区政府为回应居民不满房地产价格飙升而采取的措施，然后尝试分析政府已经或行将实施的政策的各种利弊。本文尚于澳门特区新提出的人口政策的基础上，分析澳门在近期将可能面对的住宅市场状况，并据此提出政府应考虑的一些建议，以纾缓澳门居民对房屋问题的不满情绪。 |
