Abstract通過深入了解聯合國教科文組織(UNESCO)對創意城市美食之都(Creative City of Gastronomy)的定義與發展要求,並結合多個創意城市美食之都的案例分析,包括首個美食之都波帕揚、川菜發源地成都以及韓食源地全州,總結其歷史發展軌跡與主要特徵,歸納作為美食之都成功的關鍵因素。並且針對澳門,從政府、社會人文以及產業結構三個維度,從本土原生飲食文化、粵菜文化、葡式文化以及全球菜系四個方面,為澳門提供可借鑑的未來發展規劃戰略,通過推進創意城市美食之都,不僅為飲食業、旅遊業與服務業提供了新的發展引擎,帶動澳門產業多元化發展,也為澳門更好地融入粵港澳大灣區、加強個城市之間的交流與協作搭建橋樑,同時更好地參與全球化發展進程,為澳門未來經濟的可持續發展作出貢獻。
